    Included with every plan

    Complimentary planning provisions.

Regardless of the plan, each Will includes special needs trusts for any beneficiary who is on Medicaid or other benefits at the time of inheritance (to prevent disqualification due to an inheritance), as well as pet planning if you have pets.

All Wills have guardianship provisions stating who will care for minor children if both parents are no longer living — critically important, because without it the Court decides who has custody, and it may not be your first choice.
