Meet Rachel.

An attorney with over a decade of experience, Rachel began her career as a litigator and corporate counsel before establishing a practice dedicated to the creative sector. She focuses on three areas where she brings the most depth: contracts and agreements, fractional general counsel, and estate planning.

As a visual artist herself, Rachel understands the creative process from the inside. She partners with artists, designers, creative-tech founders, nonprofits, and mission-driven teams — bringing clarity, empathy, and collaboration to every engagement. Her approach is guided by a simple belief: the right legal framework should support imagination, not limit it.

Rachel's multidisciplinary background allows her to translate complex legal concepts into accessible, creative language — empowering her clients to feel confident and informed.
